Too expensive. Order will be delivered one hour before the agreed time. We weren't home. The delivery was picked up again and delivered cold an hour later. Boss lied on the phone and said he had done it all over again. Absolute lie. The guy is rude too. Never again. Better let Akin or someone else deliver to you. Pfui flying pizza kuhstedt

My pizza was waiting and the order had taken 2 hours

I haven't seen anything like this in a long time. 90min wart time despite an appointment after 60min ... Hear on the phone after 70min the driver should be there every moment ... And to top it off, the food is lukewarm ...

I had a complaint while trying the goods, which was immediately resolved by phone call and a replacement was delivered with little compensation.

The pizza was not worth your money. Next time you'd rather have a frozen pizza that has a better taste.

The food took more than 2 hours and the cow is not far away ... Then they wanted to pull us off, wanted more money until I showed the invoice I received via email ... Then it was all sent to a different address first, for whatever reason there was a wrong name, wrong address, and wrong phone number on the invoice, even though everything was specified correctly (in my email) ... I would have preferred to give less than 1 star ...

Ordered more often, but the pizza never came under 2 hours. It was never delivered twice. Once the driver was at the door and immediately drove away. Ordered pizza salami, which was suddenly more expensive than stated online. After calling there, the employee asked the boss: the answer was, that's the way it is. Is an error in the online shop. Things are often forgotten. In terms of taste, if it comes alright. Delivery time not reasonable, service miserable. Unfortunately too few alternatives.

Unfortunately the quality varies from order to order. Sometimes it's great, sometimes burned ... the waiting time is sometimes too long. Today we had to wait 150 minutes for our food, as we were almost too tired to even eat

Ordered the same day as Daniel Bies and made the same experiences. Waited for the pizza for over 2 hours. After my call after over an hour, it was said that the pizza was there in half an hour. Was not she. When I asked if we could do something about the price, the employee asked her superiors what I could hear on the phone. Obviously, I was not the first to ask for the evening. The price was nothing. Food arrived at a quarter to 10 after ordering at 20 to 7. Before I wanted to give a bad rating here, I turned directly to the support of Flying Pizza. I got an email that the store manager from Kuhstedt will contact me. He did not do that for 3 weeks. On my second email with the question of when I got a message, came the reply that the employee has again notified the store manager and can do nothing. In the meantime 6 (?) Weeks have passed and until today I did not get any news from the management in Kuhstedt. Conclusion: The delivery takes forever, the store management is obviously incompetent and not interested in retaining customers or win back for themselves and the support can unfortunately "do nothing for you" if the branch does not feel like, for non-complied deliveries to answer for. That was probably the last order for Flying from me. And obviously also from some others, if one reads the last, almost exclusively negative, reviews here.

Unfortunately, I have to give a star here to be able to rate at all. Ordered pizza at 19:04. At 20:21 then my first request if and when the two pizzas are then delivered. Answer: The driver is already on the way, so we stayed that way. Kuhstedt-Gnarrenburg from own experience only a good 5 minutes. I was in good spirits. At 20:55 then the second call. Then you can already expect that there will be a little with the price. In the background I heard a "No, not at all!". Conclusion: 2 hours waited for the food and at the end but no pizza. Was the last time I ordered "Flying Pizza". Whereby the "Flying" should rather be replaced by "Crawling".

Was always great, but today the food 1std needed until it was there, it was cold and the pizza rolls were too long drinne some were already black.

Too long waiting time (3 hours) the boss lets you wait forever on the phone and said only either we take the pizzas at full price or she is thrown away. (have fun throwing away) On the whole an incompetent company which is only surpassed by the boss.

Tomato sauce was missing on my pizza. When I called there, they told me only very rude that I get 2 € credit.

Not sure bout now, but when I was there they had Great food and drink. If the same couple are running it, I can't see why it still isn't great.

Saturday, 18:30 ordered, delivery should be there in an hour, after an hour and 15 minutes re-call, since the pizzas have not yet been delivered, statement they are on the road, another 20 minutes later still no pizzas, call again, they are on the way, but we would be the last in the tour ... after over 2 hours we got our just lukewarm pizzas. For me that was definitely the last order.
